About the Author

Nataša Pantović is a published author, management consultant, adoptive parent, and consciousness researcher, with a deep passion for exploring human potential and self-development.

Nataša’s journey began in 1991 when she became a published author in Yugoslavia with her first book, Contracts for Companies and Individuals, a legal self-help guide. Over the years, her career expanded across multiple domains, from working as a management consultant in Malta’s governmental sector to leading a large UK IT company (Crimsonwing, later KPMG), where she oversaw management consultancy, training, and business development.

Her role in helping transform Malta into an Information Society through significant investments in ICT infrastructure provided her with valuable insights into the intersection of technology, management, and societal growth. Nataša’s career also took her across Europe, speaking at international conferences, including the Euro-Med Summit in Marseille, where she shared her insights on strategies for growth in the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Beyond her professional work, Nataša’s life took an extraordinary turn when she adopted two children from Ethiopia as a single mother. Through this experience, she learned invaluable lessons in mindfulness, love, and conscious parenting. Her children, Ema and Andrej, who are passionate about basketball, music, and theater, continue to inspire her as they grow and teach her new ways to be a loving and mindful parent.

In addition to her professional and personal achievements, Nataša has lived in five countries—UK, New Zealand, Holland, Serbia, and Malta—and traveled to over 50 others. Her commitment to personal growth and spirituality is reflected in her volunteer work, which includes organizing six Body Mind Spirit Festivals, an International Vegetarian Festival, and a Megalithic Temples Conference in Malta.

Nataša holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Belgrade and is a lifelong learner, having read thousands of books on creativity, marketing, management, and spirituality. She regularly contributes to Times of Malta, sharing her thoughts on self-development, consciousness, and human potential.
